The Air Max 1 celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2017, during which we’ve seen Nike deliver beloved colorways of the model as well as new versions. Here’s an example of the former, as we see the classic Jewel Swoosh return in all its glory. The summer ‘17 release sports simple construction, with a pristine white leather upper and an University Red Jewel Swoosh. Red also accents Nike branding on the tongue and heel, as well as the visible air unit. A clear outsole reveals a large Swoosh logo. Longtime Air Max 1 fans will tell you that shoes featuring Jewel Swooshes have "grail” status.
